REMEMBER ME CREATING
AN ONLINE MEMORIAL This is probably something you will spend a bit of time at. You may want to draft your memorial page on paper or work out some of your ideas on your computer. After a month, I was still pondering and making little changes to the memorial I posted for my dad. If you decide to submit the information by email, please refer to the check list a little further down this page. The check list is for the basic details of the memorial. If you prefer to use the online form for submitting your memorial information, just click here. In either case, please be sure to include a working email address for yourself so that we can be in touch with you! If
you are naming living persons in the memorial you will want to have their
permission. If you would like to link a
family home page or genealogy site from the memorial page - just let me
know. I will always respond
immediately to email enquires so don't hesitate to ask questions or offer
suggestions. It
is
important that your provide the following information for our administration of the
online memorials. This information
will not appear on your memorial page unless you specifically request that it be
posted. The
following information is for your memorial page.
The first six items should be considered essential information though all information is optional and you may delete or add information at any time. Full name of
deceased - First, middle & last Marriage(s)
Who, when & where If
there is a difficult part to creating your memorial, this is it. Just a note: If I were using this website to create a memorial, I'd use email to submit my info. What I would do is copy the text that I needed from this page and paste it into an email so I could save it and work on it at my leisure. |
